Zij is zangbegeleidster, geschoold in opera en klassiek zang, en tevens trompettiste. Yolande coacht enkele deelnemers bij het ontwikkelen van hun stemgeluid en het instuderen van de muziek. Samen met stadsbeiaardier Dick van Dijk stelt Yolande het programma samen.
